PostSubject: What happened to Flight MH370?   Thu Mar 13, 2014 11:16 am

Almost a week and still no clue as to the fate of 239 people and the aircraft. No oil slicks, that plane was just about 1.5 hours into it's flight so there would be plenty of fuel on board. No debris at all, nothing. Plenty of things on an aircraft float. The aircraft would have broken apart if it hit the water, especially from 30,000 feet. If it did make an emergency landing and ditch into the sea then yes, it is possible that it would remain intact, however that would indicate that someone was piloting the plane, yet no radio mayday was ever transmitted. Planes will float not for long but they do. Long enough to evacuate people into life rafts I would think. I am starting to think that this plane went down over land, Vietnam, Cambodia. Some pretty remote jungle and terrain in those locations, would make it hard to find wreckage for a while. The Boeing 777 is one of the most advance aircraft out there too.
The longer this goes on the less and less chance of finding any survivors if there were. Sad.

So the report of finding two oil slicks was false?

I think there were major electrical problems since the transponder quick working which would explain why there was no more radio contact after the pilot said good night to flight control. It's possible that with no navigation system the pilot tried to return to the airport they left from meaning they could be a long way from the original flight path.

My dad's theory is that North Koreans, in conjunction with Iran, high jacked the plane and are turning it into a nuclear weapon to fly to the US and detonate it.
